Terms of Service

Last updated: 8 September 2026

1. The agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Rapid Express transport management platform, its driver application, its public tracking pages and this website (together, the Service). By using the Service, or by signing an order form or subscription agreement that refers to these Terms, you agree to them on behalf of the business you represent.

Where a signed order form or subscription agreement differs from these Terms, the signed document prevails for that customer.

2. Accounts and access

Access to the Service is provided to businesses, not to individual consumers. There is no self-service sign-up: accounts are created during onboarding, and each staff member and driver receives their own login. You are responsible for who you give access to, for keeping credentials confidential, and for everything done under your accounts.

You must tell us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being misused, and will tell you why.

3. Plans, fees and billing

The Service is offered on the plans described on the pricing page, or on the terms of a signed order form. Fees are quoted in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise. Each plan includes an allowance of active vehicles and consignments per month; usage above the allowance is charged at the overage rates shown for that plan.

Online payment is not currently offered. Fees are invoiced monthly in arrears and are payable within the period stated on the invoice. We may change plan pricing on 30 days' written notice; changes apply from your next billing period.

4. Carrier accounts and freight charges

The Service connects to external carriers using accounts that you hold with those carriers. Freight charges, surcharges, claims and delivery obligations for carrier consignments are governed by your agreement with the carrier, not by these Terms. We do not resell carrier services and do not add a margin to carrier rates.

Quotes shown in the Service are returned by the carriers' own systems at the time of the quote and may differ from the amount invoiced by the carrier. The reconciliation tools in the Service exist to help you identify such differences; they do not guarantee recovery.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • use the Service to send unsolicited communications or to collect personal information you are not entitled to collect;
  • attempt to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours, or to probe or disrupt the Service;
  • reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it regardless of this clause;
  • share API keys outside your organisation or use the API in a way that degrades the Service for other customers;
  • upload content that is unlawful or that infringes someone else's rights.

6. Your data

You own the data you enter into the Service: orders, customer details, addresses, proof-of-delivery images and everything derived from them. You grant us the licence needed to host, process, back up and display that data in order to provide the Service to you.

Driver location data is collected only while a driver has an active run and has granted location permission on their device. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

On termination you may request an export of your data in a common format within 30 days. After that period we may delete it, except where we are required by law to keep it.

7. Availability and support

We aim to keep the Service available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance will be scheduled outside Brisbane business hours where practical. The Service depends on third parties, including carriers, mapping providers and cloud infrastructure, whose outages are outside our control.

Support is provided by email during Brisbane business hours. Priority support and onboarding commitments, where included in a plan, are described on the pricing page or in your order form.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and documentation, remains our property or that of our licensors. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property to you beyond the right to use the Service for your business during your subscription.

9. Liability

The Service is a tool for managing deliveries; it does not carry goods and is not a party to any contract of carriage. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss or damage to goods in transit, for carrier delays, or for decisions made in reliance on information shown in the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. Where our liability can be limited, it is limited, at our option, to re-supplying the Service or to the fees you paid for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Term and termination

Subscriptions continue month to month unless a different term is agreed in an order form. Either party may end a monthly subscription with 30 days' written notice. We may end the agreement immediately if you materially breach these Terms and do not remedy the breach within 14 days of notice, or if an invoice remains unpaid 30 days after its due date.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email to the account contact at least 30 days before they take effect, and the date at the top of this page will change. Continued use of the Service after that date is acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Queensland, and each party submits to the jurisdiction of those courts.
