Fleet and Fleet Pro have no set-up fee: we open your account with you after the walkthrough. Enterprise connections, carrier set-up and custom rules are scoped and quoted separately, because they vary with each operation.

What counts as an active vehicle?
A vehicle enabled in your fleet list. Disable a van and it stops counting from the next month. Drivers, dispatchers and office users are not counted: add as many as you need.
What counts as a consignment?
One order for one delivery address, created in the system by your office or, on Enterprise, by your ERP. It can have any number of cartons. It is the unit the whole platform uses, from the run sheet to the invoice, and it is what the allowance counts: consignments created in the month, not stops completed.
What happens if a vehicle creates more consignments than the allowance?
The allowance is pooled across your vehicles: three vans on Fleet share 1,500 consignments a month. Above that, each consignment created is AU$0.06 on Fleet and AU$0.05 on Fleet Pro, added to the next invoice. A van doing 20 to 30 stops a day stays inside the allowance.
Is there a free trial or self-service sign-up?
Not yet. Book a 45-minute walkthrough on your own delivery mix; if it fits, we open your account with you and your drivers install the app the same day. No card, no contract: billing is monthly and you can stop any month.
What do my customers see?
When the run starts, each customer gets an email with a link to their tracking page: status, expected delivery and, once delivered, the proof with photo, signature and the name of who signed. There is no SMS.
Can I put my own logo on it?
On Fleet Pro your logo goes on the delivery labels. The customer emails and the tracking page carry the platform's name today; if your brand on those matters to you, say so on the call and we will tell you honestly where it sits on the roadmap.
Is route optimisation included?
Yes, in every plan. Drop the day's deliveries on a run, pin the stops that cannot move, and Optimise sequences the rest by road distance and time. There is no per-route charge.
Do I need my own maps or API keys?
No. Maps, geocoding, routing and the driver app's navigation hand-off are included in the price. The delivery allowance is what keeps that fair.
Can it pull orders from my ERP or online store?
On Enterprise. Sales orders from Cin7 Core fill the delivery today: customer, address, contact and items. Other ERPs and stores are scoped with you and built against the real system before go-live.
What if I also ship with carriers?
Enterprise includes the full transport platform: quote across your carriers on your own accounts, book by your rules, print labels, close manifests, track consignments and reconcile the carrier's invoice line by line. Own-fleet runs and carrier consignments sit on the same orders board.
Are there set-up or implementation costs?
Fleet and Fleet Pro: none. We set up your depot, vehicles and drivers with you on the walkthrough. Enterprise connections, carrier set-up and custom rules are scoped and quoted before anything starts, because a two-van operation and a three-branch one are not the same job.
Can the platform work across multiple depots?
Yes, on Enterprise. Orders, runs and users are scoped by company and branch, with roles, per-user permissions and an audit trail, and the dashboard can be viewed per branch or across all of them.
How is it billed?
Monthly, in Australian dollars, per active vehicle, plus GST. If you stop, your data is yours: we hand over an export of your orders, runs and proof of delivery on request.
