Plan
The day's run, sequenced and locked.
Pick the delivery type and the date, and the orders for that run are on the table. Drag to reorder, pin the stops that cannot move, and press Optimise for the rest. When the driver starts, the run locks so nobody reshuffles it under them.
- Start and end at the depot, with the planned start time on the run.
- Group consignments that share a stop; force a separate stop when they must not.
- Distance, duration and return ETA update as the run progresses.
Driver app
Scan it on. Scan it off. Prove it was delivered.
Drivers open their run, load-check every carton by barcode, navigate stop by stop, and close each delivery with a photo, a signature and the receiver's name. Position is sent in the background while the run is active, so Fleet Live and the ETAs stay honest.

Track
Every driver on one map, with what comes next.
The driver app sends position while the run is active. Fleet Live shows each driver moving or stopped, how many stops are done, which stop is next and when the run should finish. Search an order, a customer or a street and the map goes there.
- Freshness of every position is shown, so a stale fix is never mistaken for a live one.
- Resequenced runs are flagged when the driver changes the plan.
- Stop-level alerts: long idle, off route, no signal.

Route optimisation

Barcode scanning
